We finally get to really meet Dex, the playboy in a kilt, in this addition to the Well Met series. However, as you can probably guess, the hunk is more than his reputation. I wanted to like this title, but thought that the story was repetitive. I wish readers were able to get to know Dex and Lulu, the love interests, better as it would have given us a reason to care about the progression of their relationship. While this wasn’t my favorite book of the series, I will definitely be reading the next book in the series once it is published as I have fallen in love with the cast of characters and the magic that can be found at the Willow Creek Renaissance Faire!
