3.5? 4? I'm never sure how to rate anthologies.

This one had some hits, and some definite misses. Some were too short, some were too long, and a couple I skipped altogether. My favorites were those by Anna-Marie McLemore, Alex Sanchez, Malinda Lo, and Tehlor Key Mejia. I've read Mejia's work before, but I haven't gotten to the other three yet (besides this anthology). They are definitely moving up my TBR.

There was one story that definitely needed more editing, though, and was super distracting to read. It switched between past and present tense multiple times, sometimes in the same sentence, and was really confusing. Luckily, that was one of the shorter ones.

Overall a great anthology and I'm definitely repurchasing it for my library (since the copy I bought last year was consumed by a dog...)
