I loved Divine Rivals and read it quickly! This had many similarities but there were many times I felt like I missed something and had to go back to see if I did or not. I think I wanted more backstory and development about the gods. I feel like every time they entered the story it was too quick. That would have helped with the world building! But everything you want from the main characters is there!
