Wayward Son
by Rainbow Rowell
3.5 Stars. After listening to Carry On in a day yesterday I was stoked when the library had Wayward Son available in audio book, so naturally I listened to the whole book today. This book is such a tweener book, and I need a third. This book is not nearly as good as Carry on, though I did enjoy it. If you're looking for more from the Baz - Simon love story you will be so disappointed. I'm still obviously so in love with both of them! It is worth reading if only for the Brits' observations of America! I just think Rainbow Rowell missed an opportunity to explore the walls in Baz & Simon's relationship. It was great how we got to see more dynamic sides of Penelope and Agatha, and I really did enjoy Shepard's character.
