Brett and Eden have been best friends for ten years. The man is a saint. He was there for Eden through her ups and downs when it comes to men, even his own cousin. He also has had feelings for her, but never once acted upon them. He felt like the lesser Sebastian and Eden did nothing to prove otherwise. Eden never felt Brett was good enough for her, she never even bothered to try something with him. They had a great friendship so why ruin it?

I loved Brett and Eden’s story so much. I loved the friendship between the two of them and I loved the chemistry and tension that they had from the start. It was great to see how everything progressed for them, whether it be good or bad.

Despite being a novella this story packs in the heat and the swoon. It was perfection from page one!
