I needed this book. I’m going through some tough times and KPS is funny, clever and light. Is it the literary accomplishment of the century? No, and it doesn’t need to be. It has good, relatable characters with actual arcs, a good plot and excellent pacing. I’ve had fun reading this, which I think was Scalzi’s plan all along. Well played!
