3.5 stars, but I’d rather mark a book up than down. The writing style is very simplistic and easy to follow, but it lacks...power? Does that make sense? What made this a 3.5 rather than 3 is that a part of me wants to know what happens next. I don’t tend to continue series when I’ve rated a book 3 stars.
