Again, but Better
by Christine Riccio
At first I thought this was going to be a sort of "self discovery" book where the MC finds out who she should be and what she should be doing with her life during her travels. Well, I was right, but it's so much more than that. I didn't realize there would be some magical elements to the book and I was actually pleasantly surprised.
I loved the characters in this book and how they were pretty much able to form these lifelong friendships during a semester abroad. I also thought it was very cool that they each were interested in such different things but got along so well.
Mostly, I loved the chemistry and the story between Shane and Pilot. They are so cute and you can see their connection just leap off the page. I was incredibly happy with the ending. Such a feel good book. I would love to see some sort of spin off book about what happened with Leo.
