The Bluff

funny
hopeful
lighthearted
reflective
medium-paced
What's NOT to love about Winnie and James? He's the grump (oh the grump is on a totally different level than most grumps....I mean, the man loves the word NO!) and she's the sunshine!
Emma is making James (and his brother Pat from The Buy-In) fight for my affection as book boyfriends 😍
This book has a whole lot of the town I love and lots of very funny laugh out loud moments. The pop culture references (look forward to some of The Office and what Meatloaf MIGHT have been talking about when he says "I will do anything for love but I won't do THAT"). There were also some tears shed as Winnie and her brother Chevy talk about their dad (not OVER the dad but you have to read to know).
It has heart and brightness, struggles and fears, but ultimately love conquers all!
