The first two thirds of the book were very slow and not much happened; it focused too much on filler details instead of the emotions and thoughts of the main character. It picked up during the last twenty or so chapters. I really enjoyed Lily’s growth of confidence and assurance in her self, although the ending was rushed and a little abrupt, I wished it was a bit more fleshed out.
