They Both Die at the End
by Adam Silvera
It’s the last month of the year and I finally read my first sci-fi novel! Three cheers for me for finishing this one and (gasp) actually enjoying it? The premise of this book is that a new technology is created where on the day someone is to die they are alerted. Then it is up to them to choose how to spend their last day. Mateo and Rufus both receive their calls and end up spending their last days together despite being complete strangers before that day. I laughed, I cried, and I can’t recommend this one enough! Just read it! It’s worth it!
