as a follower of the mini adhd coach instagram account I of course wanted to read the new book too, and got the ARC and read it all in a day, pretty addicting, fun, and important lessons and tips, will be trying to do and see if it'll help. as someone who's quite knowledgeable about adhd due to the online communities, I didn't learn much new things but the tips and hacks were interesting enough, hopefully they;ll help.
