I thought the book had excellent mental health rep as someone who has struggled with depression and work with young adults who are depressed, the descriptions were spot on and heartfelt. Aside from that, I found the book to be a bit slow moving and repetitive. Excellent book for young teenagers who may be struggling with depression and want to know they are not alone in how they are feeling.
