It was good but not what I was hoping for. It just...was kind of boring for 60%-70% of it. We had some interesting reveals and progressions made but it felt way longer than it needed to be. I'm excited for the next book, but this one felt very much like "middle book syndrome" as some reviews call it. Nothing and many things happen but I don't care enough to go into detail about what it was, ya know? Fingers crossed that the next one picks up!
