While portions were interesting I really don't have any interest in learning about the NEHC and, for such a short book, the topic took up a lot of the content. The information about the devotional practices/recommendation was really all I was looking for as I already feel pretty familiar with the myths/stories of Loki and Sigyn. 

This could be a decent 'mid-beginner book' but definitely covers more UPG than I would typically recommend to a beginner in the Norse paganism.
