Another winner from Ms. Trigiani! This book has two fantastic characters and I love how the story starts with them as children. It really allows the reader to see how life experiences shaped the adults they became and made the ending that much more emotional. I have enjoyed every book by Ms. Trigiani - her voice is so wonderful and she is an amazing storyteller. I made myself slow down my reading just to savor the book a bit longer.
