I was struggling through a DEEP reading slump while reading this. I was interested in it and liked it, but it wasn't enough to keep the slump at bay.
That said! The beginning is very slow and the prose has a very particular style, but it will comes together and I was SOBBING in the final 30%. I think all the sisters had heartfelt character growth and I was very content with the ending (even with dried tears on my face).
