I don’t know if I enjoyed this or not. It’s got a scary inevitably about it and possibly that ring of truth is the turn off. The horror of reality is scarier than the boogie man.
It’s a quiet book, nothing big happens - it’s not full of action sequences, self-discovery, romance etc and I wouldn’t want it to be. It’s like a confession.
