It was kind of funny how smart this guy thinks he is and how stupid he thinks everyone else is lol, I'm gonna reread this in a couple years when I've hopefully become more competent and see if I understand more. Also, would it kill the author to just say "they" when referring to managers, traders or just people in general rather than just using male pronouns for every hypothetical scenario? I get that it was written in the early 2000s but believe it or not, women did actually exist back then and did things other than housework and spend their husband's (not hard earned) money
