A dark and twisted fairy tale with echoes of Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz, and The Never Ending Story. Albert builds a convincing and super-creepy story that is both familiar and shocking. I have to say I was expecting this to be more classically YA than it turned out to be, so bravo Albert!
