I did not expect to be so into a book about chess. The way this was written made me feel like everything made sense to me about a chess game even though it doesn’t. Oh, she’s going to give up her knight? OF COURSE! She’s planning on attacking with pawns? DAMN RIGHT SHE IS. I read this before I watched the show on Netflix and I am so hoping they do it justice. Great book.
