A great sequel to the first book! Plenty of action and mysterious legend, and a whole new plot.
There are a lot more dragons in this book, and they play a bigger role in the story, which I loved.

I was glad to revisit old scenes and characters, but I also loved the new characters, especially Antoinette. I loved her independence and courage. I was especially impressed with her unfailing hope. Even when she makes mistakes, she hopes that it will get better, she believes that things will work out. She trusts in people, no matter what. She's a heroine that exceeds expectations!

The Wyrm Lord is an especially frightening villain, partly because he is so alien and mysterious. There is no way to predict the actions of a creature like that.
Seeing Antoinette's attempts to reach Robby's Glimpse was both exhilarating and heartbreaking, especially as it mirrors a Christian's attempts to witness to a loved one or friend.
