I almost DNFd because of the daddy kink, not gonna lie. From that point on, I just skipped the sex scenes entirely and that sucked, but I persevered because until then the characters were really nice. Well, it seems like the daddy kink ruined that too. I finished the book and it was very underwhelming. I’m sad because I love indie authors and I was craving a contemporary romance for so long, but this was just not it.
