I haven't read Mahabharata in detail and I had no idea what I was getting into. Two things Interesting concept. Beautiful storytelling. I would love to read more of her work, I would devour if she writes the whole Mahabharata. But there something which didn't sit with me well, the main character seemed stuck up through out the book, I have nothing against such characters but it's a story and I would've liked to see some growth, good or bad, whatever. The same old questions and self pity. Maybe that's how some people are, never change. But honestly it's the beautiful ambience the author has built made me keep going.
