I really liked this book.  I enjoy the author's writing immensely.  There were a few errors that were glaringly obvious, ie. Cooper's skates having a toe pick when we was teaching the littles how to skate.  Hockey skates don't have toe picks. Maybe he was using skates from the rink but I don't think that was the case.  The hockey references were all the same and how he "misread" the puck.  Just didn't feel authentic. I didn't notice it in the last book, but I don't know football like I know hockey so maybe mis-references flew over my head :)
I also struggled with this one a tad bit because it REALLY had the vibe of Elle Kennedy's The Risk.  Maybe it was the coach's daughter thing and something bad happening with the ex.  But I was constantly brought back to that book.
Anywho, I loved all the green flags for Cooper in this book.  I liked that coach dad didn't go off and easily accepted Cooper as someone his daughter loved.  I'm glad the ending didn't have a stereo-typical proposal and marriage scene.  I do wish we'd gotten to find out where Cooper got drafted and where they go from there.  My guess is I'll have to read the next book, seeing as Cooper and Seb are only juniors.
