Shadowsong

I loved this finale better than the book that came for it this story was so lyrically written I loved every second of it the story was like an old German folktale. I loved the characters even more this time round Elisabeth The Goblin King and Josef. All of them were such great characters that were well written. I still loved the romance of The Goblin King and Elisabeth because as hard a she tried to give up on him she never could she could not even choose between him and her brother the depth of her love for both of them was just so deep. I really loved Josef for how confused he is about himself and where he belongs that it takes to the end of the story for him to realize he was where he was meant be all along with his family and Francois. I really loved the plot it starts off with Elisabeth trying to adjust to her new normal and how the family is falling apart around her. She then gets a great offer from someone and heads to Vienna and finds her brother Josef changed and not all like he was before. The story then moves on to telling bits and pieces about the Goblin King and telling more into how Josef feels about what is going on in the story. Then the story moves to telling more in a very folktale like fashion with bits of many of the goings ons and then by the end everyone is saved and there is a happy ending. So overall I really loved this book I would read more by this author for sure.
