This board book leads the reader through the alphabet, teaching words that have to do with places in the city. Some of the words are obvious ones (L is for Library), but others of them are more unusual (Q is for Quilt Store).

The illustrations are bright and colorful, and I love the cute art style! Every page is vibrant with little people getting their hair done at the salon, graduating from university, or simply grocery shopping. The city is alive with museums, a fire station, a bookstore, city hall, an emporium, and a zoo.

This book is sure to spark conversations about different places in the city. Such a cute book!
