To be honest, I wasn't so sure about this book from reading the first chapter - but wanting to know what a "dust-wife" was and why the MFC was in canibal territory building a dog out of bones kept me going and I am SO glad I did! This unlikely crew made this book absolutely perfection!

I would put this book in the Dark-Whimsical category, there is no smut, a surprising amount of comical moments, and some sentences still having me thinking about them because they just seem like something I'd like to apply to my own outlook. 

Its a book I would think that the Brothers Grimm would be in awe of, it gave some Sleeping Beauty feels but dark - the prince is a guy that would make Disney cry lol. 

This book went from "What kind of world am I diving into?" to the favorites shelf!! If you have this book on your TBR and have been looking for inspiration to start reading it, take this as a sign! I promise this book is not an impossible task. 😉
