2019: A truly beautiful story that follows four generations of a Korean-Japanese family, but geez did it need to be so sad? That’s probably why I loved it so much, but this book made me gasp out loud and get emotional while waiting in line at the pharmacy. Too good to put down, too sad to read in public - just my type.
