a bit of a mixed bag: a few of the earlier stories were not up to zen cho's later standard. but a lot of good stories included that overall overpowered the not-so-good. i do wish there was an introduction or some form of author's notes on the stories to add some context, a thing that would have supported the weaker stories and boosted the good.
