I love a single parent romance, and the small town setting is all I ever wanted from Staci Hart. I thought this book was really cute! I loved the town, characters, and especially Cilla. The second chance angst really hit me in the feels, though there were a few parts that stung a little too much. Poor Marnie. I hope she gets her own book! Miscommunication is one of my least favorite relationship barriers, so that became a bit much for me towards the end of the book. Overall I really liked the book, and am excited to keep going with the series.
