I...I don't know where to begin. I went in with nonexistent expectations. So whatever I just read, it was not what I anticipated reading. It was...a lot to unpack, but in a good way? The prose was beautiful, the characters were multifaceted. Michael was a fascinating narrator, and unreliable at times. Bunny was the opposite of what I was prepared for.
This is one of those books that I'm thrilled to have read, but I'm not sure I'd be able to read it again.
