paddlefoot55 's review for:
Football Sundae
by Daryl Banner
*audiobook review*
I am waaaay behind when it comes to Daryl Banner's stories, however what I have read/listened to I have really enjoyed.
Football Sundae is one of those books that doesn't have to do anything OTT/drama filled/stupid miscommunications to draw you in.
Sweet and steamy really is the way to describe Football Sundae.
Tucker and Tanner's story had me smiling as I was listening
Sean Crisden is a new narrator to me, and I think I need to listen to more of his works. Sometimes when listening, those southern/cowboy type accents can feel a bit caricaturish - you know, all aw shucks and stuff - but this didn't feel that way.
The story did have me craving cakes though - and that is not good for the diet!
I now need to read more of Daryl Banner's works.
