So many people dislike this book so no one was more surprised than me when I absolutely loved it. This has been one of the few stories in this series that I devoured. I absolutely loved the concept of the Hooflands. I loved horses when I was younger, so I absolutely adored the unicorns and centaurs. The kelpies were an interesting mix as well. I loved Regan's character and this realm felt refreshing for me.
