In The Weeds
by B.K. Borison
hopeful
lighthearted
relaxing
fast-paced
There is a reason why people aren't supposed to wait days until they review the books they've read. I finished this one four days ago, after ravishing it within 48 hours, and I gave it 4,5 stars.
Now four days later, I am seriously debating giving it 4 stars or even 3,5 stars.
This book has a heavy miscommunication trope, not just the 3/4th romance type. Their miscommunication is hilarious because they actually communicate in the book! They talk for ages and about almost every part of their lives, but when it counts- they don't say a single syllable to each other.
The audiobook is...something special. There is so much background noise and random white noise, which is quite annoying. I do, however, like that there are two narrators who complement each other nicely.
