Vader's Little Princess
by Jeffrey Brown
Already the first image (with Leia cutting out the hearts) was amazing.
This was a lovely collection with funny and heartwarming images, reimagining several of the iconic scenes and quotes from the movies in a comical way with Darth Vader as a father. Baby Luke and Leia were adorable and still strangely in-character. Also, it was great to see the twins act as typical siblings (like crashing their ship and hiding it from dad), since there obviously wasn't too much of that in movie-canon.
I kinda wish I had read it in English so the quotes would have been the same as in the movies, but this was still entertaining. ("Valami telemarketinges hívás." "Nem gondolkoztál még a szelektív hulladékgyűjtésen és a komposztáláson?" "Amúgy nem lennék a helyedben, amikor apu értem jön." Sírok.)
Still, there were a few images that had that typical "haha, silly women never say what they mean, how are we men supposed to understand them?" feel and it was kind of meh, so 4 stars.
