Absolutely a big fat nope. I should have known better, as someone who eats meat every single day multiple times a day, that anything with "plant based" on it would not jive well or contain accurate info.

I was right.

The one and only reason I read this was because a friend who I know and trust - and who eats meat, by the way - recommended it and said it was super helpful and she was implementing it. Well, I'll be having a word with her. Because, just no. This book was wildly inaccurate and this author has it all wrong. I mean, sure... let's eat our veggies but saying that only Celiac individuals need to avoid gluten is garbage. Saying meat is inflammatory is garbage. Saying keto diets are damaging is garbage (when done correctly, this isn't true). Those are just a few. I know plant based is like the "hot" thing right now, but please avoid this book. I'm going to go eat a steak to recover from the stupidity.
