While I am a fan of the Bridgerton show, I didn't love the first book in the series when I tried to read it.

This was not the case for Queen Charlotte! I don't know if it is because the characters are already familiar, but I loved reading about Charlotte and George's relationship when they were first married. I also liked that we got to see more of Lady Danbury's story in this book too!
