Overall, I enjoyed reading Start with Why. I found it to be informative, insightful and practical. Simon's advice and tips were not overly complicated and dense. The book reads easily and he does a great job of giving several examples of his recommendations to see how they apply to a broad audience, despite your field of work or study. 

This book is helpful for students, new leaders, seasoned C-Suite executives and entrepreneurs. We are all leaders in our own ways and this book emphasizes the need to be a thoughtful, caring and strategic visionary who can communicate.

The first half of the book I found to be too repetitive. I understand the author was driving the point home, but it was excessive and almost lost me. The second half of the book I read quickly! It gave lots of real world examples, less repeated phrases and I found it to be the meat of the book. 

I was inspired by the end of the book to start with my why and use that as the motivator to implement positive change into the world. I do recommend!
