I’m a sucker for the Tarot based structure the political system seems to have and the urban magic feel that lets me rip through a book. This reminds me of the Dresden Files in tone - so take that into consideration. No characters I particular loved, but a fast read that I think will definitely appeal to urban fantasy lovers.
