Happy Singles Day
by Ann Marie Walker
Happy singles day was a quick romance story that many will enjoy. I liked the characters and the settings and many times i felt like day dreaming the place because i love a coast small town.
Probably the most enthusiastic fact that i loved in this book was the real feeling of an adult woman that is in her thirties and doesn't have or want to change just because she meets a nice guy that fits more to her personality.
And i love Lucas so much, a wounded hero that is trying his best to be better and doesn't have big expectations from the world after his was shattered.
What i didn't like? Closed door intimacy, because damn, all that pent up steam and chemistry deserved an open door view.
Beautiful slow burn romance with a great banter and two characters that grew so much on me.
