Audiobook version. A perfect summer escape with heart and a surprisingly emotional tug throughout. Wonderfully written, with excellent commentary about people’s thoughts (and some fun pop culture). I enjoy Holmes’ writing and reporting on NPR and was pleased at her first foray into fiction.
