What Comes After was a slow burn, with a great payoff of lovable characters, a town mystery and the sweetest dog. I believe lovers of Beartown will enjoy this story that follows an abandoned 16 year and two adults that have experienced traumas. The author beautifully crafts their journey to redefine love and family.
