Archangel's Viper

3.5 stars
I like Holly and Venom's relationship but don't know if its believable as a romantic one. The last quarter of the book Venom in particular seemed to become very different because now he loves Holly. Also, a little disappointed with the reveal for what was going with Holly.
Otherwise, I loved this book. There was a definite feel of otherness from both of them that cannot be described. Similar but very different from Naasir. I enjoyed not being able to fully understand them. The look at a different side of the vampire-angelic world was cool. Not everyone turns out to be rich, beautiful and powerful. We got a look at that.
I also absolutely loved all the interactions between the Seven. This is more than we've gotten in awhile. Though I still wonder what drew them to Raphael. Particularly Venom in this case. What ties them all together so closely and almost equally is still a mystery to me.
