Took me almost two months to read because I was just so uninterested in the plot. I continued because I liked Luzia as a character, and I'm giving it 4 stars generously because I enjoyed like, the last third, with Valentina and Teoda really becoming my favorites. But I really didn't care about Pérez or the king or the playwriter.
