This book ended up being very different from my expectations. Reading the synopsis I was expecting a sci-fi novel and while there are sci-fi elements there wasn't that much world building, and the majority of the book was dealing with drug addiction and other plot lines.
It was well written, it just wasn't what I expected and that was a shame.
