Gruesome, gritty, creative, unique. I'm really surprised that I enjoyed this as much as I did, it isn't the type of book I would EVER imagine myself reading, let alone enjoying such a ridiculous amount. I felt like SCREAMING at Jake for being so blind. The art and symbolism in this book is well used and gives the book a great, unexpected dimension.
