Kiss Me in Christmas by Debbie Mason

How have I never come across this author or series before?

It may be book 6 in the series, and I haven't read the previous books, but that did not take away from my enjoyment of Kiss Me In Christmas in the slightest.

Kiss Me In Christmas is not what I would call a "sweet" romance. Yes, our MCs Chloe and Easton are sweet, and sweet on each other, but this is more of an emotional read for me.

In fact most of the read it got me right in the feels. I felt sad, I felt angry, I felt glimpses of happy, I felt hope.

Mostly hope, as I really wanted Chloe and Easton to find their HEA.

There were some characters that I found the more I read, the more I disliked. I am sure if I had read the earlier books I would get their motivations a lot better, but going in blind I was thinking "WTF is wrong with you people???"

That aside, Ms Mason drew me right into the lives of the people in Christmas, Colorado. I became enthralled with their dramas, their lives, their loves.

I can't wait to get reading the earlier books in the series, and hope there are more in the future.
