"When Lonely Hearts Meet" is set in a small town in Texas (Dorado). Linda Carroll-Bradd gives such wonderful detail to the old town and Clover's great-great aunt's farmhouse that I longed to be there myself, witnessing everything with my own senses.

Clover and her daughter, Hayley, come into town after Aunt Ginny passes away to pack up the house where she lived her whole life. Clover meets Wade, a sexy cowboy with a black Stetson hat and all, in the painting aisle of the local hardware store, and Wade becomes determined to get to know Clover.

This is a really sweet, short romance about two lonely individuals making a connection as strangers and falling in love. Anyone who loves cowboys and romance will enjoy this story.
