3.5 ⭐ This was quite fun. Although Fae in a sense, I liked how the Trolde were portrayed differently than typically Fae beings. The world-building was done quite well and while there was a ton of information, it never felt like info-dumping. Although a fairly large book, I made it through in practically one sitting because it kept my attention so strongly. 

I'm very interested to see where the next in the series goes - especially with the cliffhanger at the end.
